Works a treat. The magnets are that strong that the metal doesn't even pass through the screen it gets stuck on the sides of the filter.

17-04-2014· So install a $30 filter setup and change a $6 filter once a year to double or triple the effective life of your coolant. There is absolutely no down side to this other than looks. Sure, at 2 gallons of coolant in our cars, seems petty, but on 15 gallons of coolant on a big truck, that adds up in a hurry.
