Nov 19, 2013· On my power drawbar I used a 1 inch stroke air cylinder to keep the bar pressing down wards. I built mine based off the one I had seen on Bob Warfeilds site. Works great, and allways ejects the collet from the spindle. Mine has been in service for years now. Im sure if you search, you should be able to find pics of it.

Aug 10, 2009· My Kurt power drawbar has finally decided to not loosen or eject the collet. It just wants to ratchet. It seemed like the height of the top of the drawbar was incorrect. I have a hardened washer where that space is shown above the splines. I just went back to the wrench and manual drawbar until I have some time to fool with it again.

Simpson, The spec I saw was for ISO30, which does not have drive dogs, so probably 600 pounds would make sense with the dogs. Mine will be ISO30, as that's the only spindle available for my machine.
