Hunter Valley Operations (HVO) is a large-scale open cut operation that produces some of the highest quality thermal and semi-soft metallurgical coal in the world. The Coal Industry Centre provides onsite experiences for many groups within the community and visitors to the Hunter Valley. Through coordinating inspections of suppliers service providers and coal mine operators, visitors can choose a tour that best fits their level of interest.
